He also has experience working with direct mail, radio, television, and print media and has always enjoyed finding creative ways to track marketing results. Robert can be found on Moz.com regularly answering SEO questions as one of their top ranked users. A father to a fantastic teenage son, he’s also a fanatic about animals. He has two rescue dogs: Montana, a 60-pound mutt, and Max, a 70-pound husky and pit bull mix.

Combining inbound marketing, UI/UX elements, and web development and design, he enjoys delivering unique solutions to diverse problems. Aaron loves knowing how and why things work, and he likes to leave you with more questions than you came to him with - just ask his coworkers! When he's not designing, developing, and solving problems, he works towards getting his private pilot’s license.

If there was ever a wizard behind the curtain his name had to be Luis Perez. He’s responsible for the mind-blowing websites and graphics we make for our clients. With no detail too small nor any project too complex, he’s brought tears to our client’s eyes with his beautiful creations. He never misses a deadline either. It’s a work ethic he picked up after graduating from the University of Houston in graphic design.

A familiar voice from a corner desk, with a tinge of sarcasm, says, "Guess it's time to go to the dentist. It's tooth-hurty," he says to himself. No response. When not creating results-driven strategies for his clients or weathering a project brainstorm, James is crafting the ultimate arsenal of dad jokes. With a strong background in content publishing and digital advertising, he came to drumBEAT in 2014 to expand his marketing mind.

Madison is the newest member of drumBEAT. This Houston native studied public relations and interior design at The University of Oklahoma and recently graduated in May 2016. Madison has experiencing working for the OKC Chamber of Commerce and OU’s marketing department as well as real estate technology marketing. Coming from an advertising agency in OKC, she is excited to be back in Houston and ready to challenge herself in the marketing world. This crazy cat lady is a self-proclaimed Mexican food critic and is always trying to grow her digital strategist chops.

Chris has a background in web development and PPC, making him a whiz with technical detail and a self-asserting nerd about staying updated with industry changes. Chris spent several years running IT for businesses, handling everything from systems maintenance to website development. He started working in digital marketing and after a couple of years he decided to set up his own agency and partnered with Matt Williamson to set up the drumBEAT U.K. Office. As director and head of PPC, Chris is responsible for paid ad management for clients. Chris has completed several Google Adwords exams, contributing towards drumBEAT U.K. being awarded Google Partner Status.

With a background in information science and computing, Matt has a professed love of data.

With a background in information science and computing, it’s no wonder Matt has a professed love of data. Apart from his worldwide industry recognition as a leading SEO expert, he’s worked with digital teams at some of the U.K.’s top franchises and has spoken at many industry events. After spending almost a decade in digital marketing, Matt decided to switch to the agency life. He partnered with Chris Allbones and they decided to spearhead the new drumBEAT U.K. office. Matt has passed his Google Analytics Individual Qualification twice and is now a director and joint business partner at the drumBEAT U.K. office.
